Spartan Firmware has developed a suite of JPEG tools mainly for the development and testing of the JPEG ip cores. Some of these tools are :

(1)  Color space converters(RGB->YCbCr, YCbCr->RGB).

(2) JPEG encoder.

(3) JPEG decoder.

(4) Marker extractor and analyzer.

(5) Bit-map file generator(generates bit-map file from raw JPEG output).

(6) JPEG2000 Decoder.

(7) JPEG2000 Expertise.
